At the moment it seems that every time the sun teases that Spring has begun, it’s suddenly snowing again. Given that sunlight and blossoming nature can help boost mental health – or help alleviate SAD – this is particularly frustrating. So, to give hope that Spring is slowly overcoming Winter, four Blueprint readers send in pictures.
Charlie
“Observe the resilient succulent, frozen solid in the snow. Given time and care it will thaw and recover. Be like the succulent, because sunnier days will come.”

Bronte
“I took this on my run today – Spring has sprung!”

Zoe
“The flowers unfurling are like me finally waking up from SAD!”

Gabriella
“I rushed to capture the blinding saturation of pink and orange, as the sunlight bounced off the flowers.”

Emily
“The Barbara Hepworth Museum in St Ives – aka my favourite place in the world”

Rose
“Ducks!”
